Filing a DMCA Complaint

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Job Karo India has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
